The birth of your baby is an absolute miracle.
If your life is anything like mine, it’s CHAOTIC.
Running kids to school, sports, and appointments (unless this is your first!)… chasing your own goals and dreams… and even squeezing in a workout if you’re lucky. All that ‘busy’ can allow the precious details of our memories to fade so quickly.
Remember them forever with a beautiful birth story.

Hi, I’m Nina! I’m a doula and storyteller here in Indiana. It’s nice behind the camera after about 15 years as a news anchor and reporter. If birth stories start being told, I’ll likely drop an anchor and want to hear everyone’s experience. I’m always carrying at least three beverages when I leave the house, I adore my four children, and it’s hard for me to go more than 48 hours without a killer workout. I’m a little frugal, but I like to look cool and travel too. I cherish traveling with my husband and always enjoy family trips to new destinations.
Journalism was always my dream. I dedicated my life to shooting, writing, and editing the stories of my community as a news reporter. There is no bigger honor for me than being invited into someone’s life during a pivotal moment. Pair that experience with the passion I’ve found through my own parenthood journey for empowering women and here I am.

I love Jesus and do my best to live according to the gospel by radically loving others. I’m a total sap for rainbows and turtles, making memories with my family, and opportunities to dress up. Sounds corny, but it’s true.
I believe in trusting your gut, taking risks (as in a bright colored jumpsuit, not as much jumping out of planes), and that there is nothing more powerful than a confident woman.
I’ve lived in Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana, but Indiana is truly our home. We currently live in Hendricks County and will serve within about 90 minutes.
“Our personalities clicked so well that when she entered my birth space she didn't feel like a stranger at all.”

AND A NICE THING SOMEONE SAID ABOUT ME:
“Nina was there every step of the way, coaching me, making sure I had everything I needed and worked well with everyone else in the delivery room.”
